With over 20 years of experience in the field of education, AyEsha has served in a variety of roles, including Teacher, Dean of Instruction, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Director of Equity and School Climate at multiple school sites across Los Angeles County. These experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the diverse needs within the educational landscape.
Driven by a passion to ensure every student receives equitable and appropriate educational opportunities, AyEsha has worked with a wide spectrum of learners. Her experience includes supporting students in both general and special education settings, including those with learning disabilities, autism, socio-emotional challenges, physical disabilities, and vision and hearing impairments.
Recognizing the gaps and needs within the education system, AyEsha founded Teach to Reach LLC. The organization was created to provide engaging, hands-on, project- and problem-based learning experiences rooted in S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). Teach to Reach offers a variety of programs, including S.T.E.A.M. Camps, Classes, and Enrichments designed to cultivate curiosity and creativity in children through meaningful exploration and learning.
To further expand access to quality educational experiences, Teach to Reach has also developed S.T.E.A.M. Kits for at-home learning. Each kit includes all necessary materials and a detailed lesson plan, enabling young learners to dive into enriching, inquiry-based projects from the comfort of home.
