AyEsha Leonard McLaughlin is a graduate of California State University at Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies, a Master of Education in School Leadership from the University of Southern California, and holds California Teaching and Administrative Credentials.
Teach to Reach, LLC was founded by AyEsha Leonard McLaughlin and developed based on the need observed while holding various education positions in Los Angeles County. With over fifteen years of experience in the field of education, she has been a Teacher, Dean of Instruction, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Director of Equity and School climate for multiple school sites.
During her years as an educator, AyEsha has held a strong desire to support students, ensuring that each student received appropriate educational services and placements. She has worked with a broad range of students with varying needs and disabilities for both general education and special education including but not limited to students with learning disabilities, autism, socio-emotional needs, physical disabilities, vision and hearing impairment.
Through a hands-on, project/problem based learning experience, Teach to Reach provides S.T.E.A.M. based Camps, Classes and Enrichments in order to expose children to an inquisitive environment where they are able to explore, develop, and challenge themselves. Teach to Reach has also developed S.T.E.A.M. Kits for an at home project based learning experience which includes all materials needed as well as the lesson plan for inquisitive minds to follow.
